In 2007, Kathy was invited to share her expertise on CBC Radio One. Seen here with radio host Brent Bambury, Kathy gave 'how-to' advice on how to write and give a great wedding speech. There were lots of laughs! Kathy's first appearance on CBC Radio One was on "Lost and Found" in 2006 when producer Dan Misener rolled tape throughout one of Kathy's "Voice Make-Over" classes at Toronto's Learning Annex.

This was a 2-day master class on voice use and spoken communication excellence for Call Centre CSRs, supervisors and managers at a major financial company in Mississauga, 2007. We focused on telephone customer service with a fresh perspective in today's multi-cultural community. It really was like "diction boot camp" for part of this day!
